A 163-room ski-in, ski-out resort arranged across a main building and nine villas within Changbaishan International Resort. Rooms begin at 55 square metres, with an indoor pool, outdoor heated mineral pool and direct ski-house access.
This is the strongest luxury ski base in mainland China for travellers who value quiet, large rooms and direct slope access over a large village nightlife scene. It also works in summer as a forest resort, though the national park still requires transport.

Before you decide
The hotel is on the west-resort side, not beside the north-slope park entrance. Tianchi visits still involve planning and weather risk. Outside ski season the purpose-built resort can feel quiet, while winter pricing may be difficult to justify for non-skiers.
Location. Changbaishan International Resort on the west side, around 30 minutes from Changbaishan Airport and close to Changbaishan West station.
