Why stay here
A high-rise hotel in Qianjiang New City, the new business district on the Qiantang River, with floor-to-ceiling windows looking over the river and the city. Around a dozen of its rooms are suites; the rest are large, contemporary and designed for a view rather than a garden.
The best river-view rooms in Hangzhou, and a Park Hyatt operation in a city where the alternative city hotels are either resorts 30 minutes out or generic towers. If your trip includes meetings in Qianjiang or Binjiang, this is the obvious base and the rooms are more spacious than the class usually gives you.

Total room count is not reliably published anywhere we could retrieve, with sources giving 13 or 14 suites and no confirmed total; treat any figure you are quoted with suspicion. It holds no Michelin Keys. Service is reported as inconsistent, and a 2026 guide notes that some suites have been under long-term occupancy by a postpartum care centre, which is a very Chinese-market reality that no Western-facing marketing mentions and which affects what inventory is actually available to you. Guests have been given rooms overlooking construction. Qianjiang New City is a built-from-scratch business district with nothing to walk to.
