A cramped two-table noodle shop down an alley off Baohua Road, making wontons with large whole prawns and serving them over traditional bamboo-pressed noodles in a broth built from dried scallop, roast bones and dried flounder. One of the fixed stops on any walk around Shangxiajiu.
