Why stay here
A 76-room resort in Yi County near Hongcun and Xidi, with large suites, Huizhou-inspired townhouses and one- or two-bedroom villas facing fields, villages and the wider mountain landscape.
This is the best full resort base for the villages south of Mount Huangshan. It gives couples and families real space, a spa and reliable transfers while keeping Hongcun close enough for an early or late visit outside the bus peaks.

Before you decide
The name suggests direct mountain access, but the Mount Huangshan gate is still around 40 minutes away. The resort works for the villages and countryside; it does not solve a dawn cable-car start as well as a gateway hotel. Dining alternatives require driving.
