Why come here

A place worth making time for

Michelin one star, retained in the 2026 guide.

The house favourites

What to order

Point at the Chinese. Staff will understand it even where the menu has no English at all.

  • Poached sunflower chicken (葵花鸡 / 白切鸡)
  • Steamed crab custard (蟹肉蒸蛋)
  • Braised shrimp with okra (秘制汁焖虾配秋葵)
  • Crispy roast pork belly (脆皮烧腩)

What it actually tastes like

Poached chicken is served with skin and on the bone, and is intentionally pale and lightly seasoned.

Allergens in this kitchen

shellfisheggsoygluten/wheat

This is the kitchen, not one dish. Woks, fryers, blanching water and utensils are shared in almost every Chinese restaurant, so for a serious allergy treat the whole premises as the unit rather than ordering around it.
