Banyan Tree Yangshuo entrance framed by karst peaks
Why stay here
A low-rise river resort in Fuli Town, east of central Yangshuo, with rooms and villas facing gardens, limestone peaks or the Li River. The accommodation includes 66-square-metre lake suites, 108-square-metre wellbeing villas and two-bedroom riverfront villas of 138 square metres.
Choose it when the landscape should remain visible from breakfast through the evening and when a full spa, pool and dependable international service matter more than walking to West Street. The Fuli setting also gives easier access to quieter Li River country than a town-centre hotel.

Rooms worth asking for
A Li River villa for the clearest sense of place, or a Pagoda Lake suite for better value. Ask whether vegetation or a lower floor interrupts the view and confirm the distance to breakfast for guests with limited mobility.
Note the exact room or suite name before opening the booking provider, along with any connecting-room, step-free access or celebration requests.
Dining & the evening ahead
Chinese and international dining, tea spaces and private destination meals. The location is quiet enough that most evenings will be spent at the resort, so compare meal-plan value and current menus before booking a long stay.
Request restaurant availability alongside your stay. Tasting menus, private dining and dietary arrangements should be confirmed separately.
Spa, pool & wellbeing
Banyan Tree Spa, yoga space, gym and a swimming pool overlooking the river landscape. The spa lists locally influenced treatments using luohanguo alongside the brand's standard therapies.
Ask which facilities are included with your room, whether treatments require advance reservations, and whether any seasonal closures affect your stay.

The resort is outside Yangshuo town, so spontaneous restaurant choice and evening street life require a car. River views vary by building and season, and the Li River here is scenery rather than a private swimming area. Holiday periods can shift the mood from quiet retreat to family resort.
Location. Fuli Town, roughly 20–30 minutes by car from central Yangshuo and around 35 minutes from Yangshuo railway station in ordinary traffic.
