Twenty years on from its start as a roadside stall, this is now a large open-air Minnan eatery where locals go for a proper sit-down seafood dinner. There is no printed menu: you choose live fish and shellfish from the tanks and order the rest à la carte. Signature plates include Sichuan-peppercorn-crusted yu fish and Xiamen-style liver stir-fried with pickled bamboo shoots.
